✅ Returns

  • At House of Shábz, returns are accepted only if the the jewellery received is damaged or broken.
  • While every product undergoes strict quality checks and is packed with utmost care, rare transit-related damages may occur.

Steps for Returns

  1. Please share a clear unboxing video of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  2. The video can be sent directly to our WhatsApp number:  7302020281
  • All return or exchange requests are subject to verification and approved solely at the discretion of House of Shábz after confirming the reported damage.

🔁 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only possible in extreme cases where the jewellery received is damaged or broken.

  • Every product is packed with utmost care, but rare transit damages can occur.

  • Exchange approval is completely at the discretion of House of Shabz after confirming the damage.

  • Box opening video is highly recommended to help maintain transparency from both sides.


⏳ Processing Timeframes

  • Refunds:

    • Once the faulty item is received at our warehouse, the refund will be credited within 2–7 business days.

    • The refunded amount may reflect in your account within 2–7 business days.

  • Exchanges/Replacements:

    • Once the faulty item is received at our warehouse, the exchange or replacement will be processed within 2–7 business days.
